Shipping

  1. Order Processing Time:

    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    Delivery time varies based on your location.
    Standard local shipping (Singapore) typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 2-3 weeks depending on location.
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
    We ship to addresses within [Country], U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Returns

Return Conditions:

  • We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

Refunds:

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Damaged or Defective Products:
